Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply select the email mailbox account you wish to forward emails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest.
